I Used To Hate Mornings So


And it finally dawned on me (no pun intended) - I never hated the mornings.

It was following someone else's schedule that I hated.

No time to ask myself how I'm feeling today.

Do I want a cup of coffee? Is this a great morning for a long walk? Would sleeping an extra hour help me today? Is my body longing for a workout?

Have I decided to make this a good day?

Not having to get up at 5am has changed my life.

Now I want to.

How did it happen? I'll try and explain.
